A legal disclaimer

​For detailing services, all sales are final once the service is completed because time and labor have already been provided. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours and we will work with you to correct any issues. For Detail Dawgz chemical products, refunds or replacements are available only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. To request a refund or replacement, email shawn@ddawgz.com with your order number and photos of the issue within 7 days of receiving the product. We do not accept returns of used chemicals. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the mistake was ours.
