Cancellation Policy
1. Booking Appointments All services must be scheduled in advance. Appointments can be made by call, text, or online booking. A non-refundable deposit of up to 25% may be required for new customers or for large detailing packages. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of your service. 2. Pricing Policy Prices are subject to change as every vehicle’s condition is different. Final pricing will be confirmed once the vehicle is inspected in person. 3. Appointment Confirmation All appointments must be confirmed 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time. Unconfirmed appointments may be released to other clients. 4. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a $25 late-cancellation fee. No-shows may be required to pay 50% of the service cost before booking again. All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits may be applied to a rescheduled date if the change is made in advance. 5.
